We like your notifying us by e-mail when you will be here so we can adjust lawn watering program.we have always recommended Senske. We live on a busy corner in Meridian Greens and the entire yard is in sight. It always looks good and we notice from time to time people stop to ask service people how to get some work done.

They sprayed two days ago, and the day they sprayed all weeds were laying over dying. In my opinion so far there is nothing that could have been done better. I feel my lawn got the treatment it needed this application. I would like the lawn to grow thicker and fill in in some spaces, but that will take time of treatment.I got home and all the weeds were dying already! Happy day for me!!So far I am happy with the serviceYes I have you doing my lawn treatment for the entire year and if all goes well, I will continue.

Friendly technician that went out of his way to make sure we knew how to best care for our lawn to further support the core aeration he did. Both the customer service rep on the phone and the tech did this. We were going to have our yard power raked and they explained why that is bad and recommended this service instead. Eric always explains what he will be doing and discusses anything that may have happened recently (for example, the swarm of flying black ants. I work night shift so I left a note on the door authorizing the service and asking that the invoice be left. Vic did exactly that. As a bonus he did NOT ring the door bell allowing me to sleep undisturbed.Most of my neighbors use the spring service through Senske.This is the 3rd year I've had the spring service for my lawn.

We havent seen anymore carpenter ants.The ants are one and we can open the windows again.They do an effective job.We will need to keep the bugs out of the house and we will be required to accept the quarterly perimeter treatment as part of the deal for the service for the carpenter ant extermination.

I struggle with the words "absolute delight" when describing spraying for bugs, but Paul does do a great job and is quite enjoyable to work with.Conversation with Paul.I have recommended Senske to my neighbors and friends. well ... I gues you could have done it for free (lol). Seriously, the the estimator was prompt and courteous, and took the time to go over the work with us. The tree crew showed up when promised, they did a good job on the tree, and they cleaned everything up. The tree looks much better now!The level of professionalism and courtesy they showed us.Work was done on time, cleanup was good, and price was reasonable.I think I can trust Senske to do a good job at a reasonable price. The Senske arborists (in particular, Israel and Tony) were very patient and helpful with my wife.

Service was not scheduled on my first call and I had to call to schedule the service any way.People not knowing that I had scheduled a service.I wanted early times for your services since it is a commercial building and I wanted the grass to look green and lush. What I got was weeds and a poor looking lawn. When you called about my scheduled service I talked to Cust Serv and ask if this application required watering and she said no. When I got my instructions after it said, Water within 24 hours. The reason I asked was that my sprinkler system was not up yet and the repair co was coming on Friday so I would have delayed the application until after the sprinkler was working. This is the second time I have gotten incorrect info from cust serv.

I watched the application process and wondered how even the fertilized was being applied over all areas of the lawn. It rained soon after finishing the application. So I am not sure how effective the herbicide will work. This was only my second application. If my lawn remains weed free all year, I will be pleased and more likely to recommend Senske to others.

I was very happy with the job that Justin did. He took the time to talk about what I was looking for, the best way to manage the tree and explain what he was doing. He stayed late on a Friday to complete it and was very personable. The estimator - Tim - did a nice job too and the tree was pruned sooner than he told me to expect. My frustration is that discussed my need with the office person when I paid my bill on April 4th and never got a call back until I called the local manager.
