    Our main reason we called was because of ground wasp which we didn't know we had them in Idaho Falls, Id. We used LawnTech over 40 years in Sunnyside Acres till we moved out of there. We would really like to get this problem solved. The one that showed up day before was here to spray fertilizer & for grubs & he was very professional & very friendly.     Good and bad. When I made my initial follow-up call, the lady I talked to stated she would get back to me by the end of the day, being very specific. I didn't really require that but since she said that, I expected it. I got nothing. I called back, I believe it was the next day or the day after and the lady told me she would have to check with scheduling(?) and get back to me. Nothing. After waiting several days, I called again and was given a date they would be out. On the plus side, Gary came out and sprayed inside and out. Awesome employee, haven't seen an earwig since a few hours after he left. Did see a few in those few hours as they tried to escape the executioners spray. They were unsuccessful. Thanks, Gary saved the day. Oh the ladies sounded very nice and polite on the phone.

    I paid for an ash bore treatment and when it was to be scheduled, I was told I needed to verbally confirm when it was scheduled. If I missed the call, it was postponed. Please apply it whenever is appropriate and give me a call to let me know when. I don’t need to verbally confirm I want something I already paid to have done.

    The lawn tech, Robert, who came out did a great job, but we had to wait way too long to get the job done. It was a 2 week wait and the communication was very poor. When an appointment was made it was cancelled. The phone reps, Katrina and Anna tried to get us answers and did a great job of communicating with what they were able to find out, but I finally insisted on speaking with a manager. I don't want to have to make a fuss to get a job done in a timely manner and done correctly.

    Past experience has been good and positive. My only concern was the Exterior Pest Control Service that was done on 8/2/19. Normally, your technicians knock on the door and inform us that they are here and what they will be applying. On the date mentioned, the tech did not notify us. Our cat was outside on a leash by the deck. He is frightened of strangers and hid in the arborvitaes during the spraying. Luckily, he had no adverse reaction to the spray. Hopefully, with future services, the Technicians will notify us that they are here.
