In Response to COVID-19

 Dear Valued Senske Customer,

As we work together as a community and nation to better understand and mitigate the spread of the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), we are taking steps to make sure we can continue to serve you and maintain the health and safety of our employees and customers. 

We are actively monitoring and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our government leaders as it relates to the novel Coronavirus outbreak. 

Current steps we are taking include:

  • "Knock & Walk" Our normal business practice is to knock on the customer's door before and after each visit to discuss the service. We will now knock on your door and begin services to insure we are adhering to social distancing guidelines.

  • Senske eServices All account information can be accessed online. You can review invoices, pay bills, set up autopay and more through our website. To enroll, use the login portal ‚Äčon our website. You will need your account number, the house number of your services address and the zip code.

  • Business Continuity To continue providing timely and necessary services to our customers, all employees are practicing social distancing and whenever possible, employees are working from home. Virtually all of the services provided by Senske require no direct contact between employee and customer so we do not anticipate limiting services at this time.

This is a critical time of year for the essential services of lawn care and pest control. It is important that we treat your property so that we can provide the results and level of service you have come to expect from Senske Services.
